TWP Lumlukka vs ESC Thai Wake Park: Which One Should You Ride?

Located just 20 minutes apart in the northern Bangkok / Pathum Thani region, Thai Wake Park (TWP) Lumlukka and ESC Thai Wake Park are the two titans of the Asian wakeboard scene. While they share the same geographical zone, they offer entirely different riding experiences.

Thai Wake Park (TWP) Lumlukka: The Pro's Playground

TWP Lumlukka is the historic heart of the sport in Asia. It is a 5-corner cable that spins Counter-Clockwise (Standard). It is heavily populated with complex, street-style UNIT Parktech obstacles, including the legendary bi-level pool. The vibe here is gritty, core, and highly social.

Address: 18/4 Soi Sudsawas, Lieab Klong 6 Rd, Lumlukka, Pathum Thani 12150.

ESC Thai Wake Park: The Modern Resort

ESC is the newer facility. It features a massive, open lake with a 5-corner cable that spins Clockwise. Clockwise cables are rarer and offer a fantastic switch-up for regular footed riders looking to hit kickers on their toeside edge. The obstacles are precision-engineered by RIXEN and are generally considered cleaner and slightly more forgiving for intermediates. The restaurant and coworking facilities are second to none.

Address: 14/1-4 Moo 3, Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani 12120.

The Verdict

Don't choose. If you are in Bangkok for a week, ride TWP Lumlukka for 4 days to push your technical rail game, and ride ESC for 3 days to master your clockwise air tricks and work remotely from their air-conditioned clubhouse.
